No tiene derecho a las prestaciones de indemnizaci\u00f3n durante los primeros 5 d\u00edas. Sin embargo, si su incapacidad se prolonga m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los 21 d\u00edas, tiene derecho a los 5 primeros d\u00edas de incapacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por ejemplo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Se lesiona el hombro en el trabajo y pierde 18 d\u00edas de trabajo antes de volver a trabajar a pleno rendimiento. S\u00f3lo puede alegar 13 d\u00edas de prestaciones por incapacidad porque pierde los primeros 5 d\u00edas cuando su incapacidad no se prolonga m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de 21 d\u00edas.<\/li><li> Se ha lesionado el hombro en el trabajo y ha perdido 25 d\u00edas de trabajo antes de volver a trabajar a pleno rendimiento.
