Acontece ap\u00f3s a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de uma a\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, mas antes de um julgamento ou de um acordo. \u00c9 semelhante a um julgamento no sentido de que o advogado far\u00e1 perguntas \u00e0 pessoa que est\u00e1 sendo deportada.
